After you have registered with AllTrack (a US company), you will need to submit the appropriate tax forms to begin receiving your performance royalties.

US Citizens/Residents and Businesses

You will need to submit Form W-9 through the Profile section of your AllTrack account.

If you are filing as an INDIVIDUAL, SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP or SINGLE MEMBER LLC, you should enter your SSN (Social Security Number).

If you are filing as a BUSINESS (LLC, Corporation, Partnership, etc.), you should enter your EIN (Employer Identification Number).

Non-US Citizens/Residents and Businesses

If you are filing as an INDIVIDUAL, you will need to submit a W-8BEN through the Profile section of your AllTrack account. When filling out the W-8BEN, you will be asked for a U.S. Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). While this is not required, you will need to supply this number if you wish to claim “treaty benefits”. Treaty Benefits entitle you to a zero or reduced rate of withholding on U.S. sourced income if you are a resident of a treaty country. If you are not a member of a treaty country, or if you are a member but have not supplied an ITIN on your W-8BEN and claimed treaty benefits, we will be required to withhold 30% on U.S. sourced income. If you would like to obtain a U.S. ITIN (and your country is a treaty country), you can do so by filling out and submitting a form W-7 to the IRS.

If you are filing as a BUSINESS or ENTITY, you will need to submit the appropriate type of W-8 by email to creators@alltrack.com.
