If I am an AllTrack creator, do I also need to also setup an AllTrack music publisher to receive the publisher's share of my performance royalties?

With AllTrack, there is no requirement for you (as an AllTrack creator) to setup a publisher to receive 100% of your combined writer and publisher shares of performance royalties.
