An IPI Number (Interested Parties Identifier) is a unique 9-to-11 digit worldwide identification number that AllTrack obtains and assigns to each of its new music creators and publishers. Think of it as a universal driver’s license number for a party's worldwide music publishing activities. We use IPI Numbers to track performances and ensure the resulting worldwide royalties are collected, assigned and then paid to the proper creators and publishers. IPI Numbers are recognized by collection societies throughout the world, as well as administrators, distributors, synchronization agencies, and most other companies that operate in music publishing.
