Neighboring Rights is the public performance right associated with a sound recording. In the U.S., this is often called a "digital performance" right and is only recognized for non-interactive digital transmissions, such as satellite radio (Sirius XM) and digital radio (Pandora) - not broadcast radio. These rights are typically administered by SoundExchange in the United States.
