FAQ: How does the AllTrack registration process work?
After registering for AllTrack through TIDAL Artist Home, your account will be reviewed for conflicts and typically approved by AllTrack within one business day. Once you’ve setup your account by clicking on the activation email that you receive from AllTrack, return to to your TIDAL Artist Home account to claim your songwriter profile and link your AllTrack and TIDAL Artist Home accounts. This conveniently allows TIDAL and AllTrack to share important information about your creator profile (e.g. IPI number) and your music (e.g. song codes and songwriter credits). This will save you time and headache by not needing to enter the same pieces of information twice.
FAQ: How do I begin receiving royalties once I’ve registered with AllTrack?
Once you have logged into your AllTrack account, you should add each of your songs so that AllTrack can track their performances and collect your royalties. Additionally, if you perform your original songs live, you can register your setlists to earn live performance royalties.
Prior to receiving your first payment from AllTrack, you’ll need to let AllTrack know how you’d like to be paid, complete a short tax form and submit a valid form of government ID (i.e. driver’s license or passport).
FAQ: What if my account registration is rejected by AllTrack?
If your attempt to register for AllTrack through TIDAL Artist Home was rejected, it typically means you were already a member of another PRO. PROs are only permitted to admit creators that are not already members of another PRO. If you wish to register with AllTrack but are currently a member of another PRO, contact your current PRO to terminate your membership and then return to register with AllTrack.
FAQ: What if I'm a current member of AllTrack and want to register my songwriter profile at TIDAL, what is process and criteria?
You are eligible to claim your songwriter profile if:
You are a verified artist on TIDAL Artist Home.
You are the owner of your artist profile.
You are based in the United States.
You have at least one live track on TIDAL associated with a work you have written as a songwriter.
