No, AllTrack only issues music licenses for locations and events based in the United States.

All PROs around the world operate under common international licensing standards. If your company is based in the US and has operations outside of the US, you are required to obtain a license directly from AllTrack for your company's US locations and obtain licenses directly from each local country PRO for your company's locations outside of the US. Similarly, if your company is based outside of the US and has operations in the US, you are required to obtain licenses directly from each local country PRO for your company's non-US locations and obtain a license directly from AllTrack for your company's US locations.
